The Department of Anaesthesia at ABVIMS Dr RML Hospital is a cornerstone of patient care, education, and research within our tertiary care hospital and medical college in Delhi. Established with the vision of providing state-of-the-art anaesthesia services, the department has grown into a vibrant and comprehensive unit, integrating advanced clinical practices with robust academic and research initiatives.
Our team comprises of 28 experienced faculty, 90 dedicated residents, and 46 senior residents ensuring seamless perioperative care across a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, ENT, urology and more. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and multidisciplinary expertise, we manage complex cases in the operating rooms, intensive care units, and emergency settings, always prioritizing patient safety.
We are equally committed to academic excellence, offering a dynamic postgraduate training program that fosters critical thinking, technical proficiency, and compassionate care. Through simulation-based learning, hands-on training, and research mentorship, we prepare our trainees to become future leaders in anaesthesia.
