NOTICE INVITING TENDER

                   The Chairman, Joint Purchase Committee, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi invites for and on behalf of President of India, sealed tenders for  purchase of under mentioned items for the use of Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi (Item at Serial No. 6 is  also for the use of  Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi). The date of opening of tenders are mentioned against each item/article at 2.30PM :-

          Tender forms showing approximate quantity together with the terms and conditions and Technical Specifications can be downloaded from the Hospital’s website www.rmlh.nic.in. A demand draft for a sum of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Dr. R.M.L. Hospital, New Delhi payable at New Delhi should be attached along with the Technical Bid towards the cost of the Tender documents, failing which the tender will  be rejected.

*Items at Sl. No. 1 to 4  have already  been published vide DAVP key   No.17147/11/0014/1011 in November, 2010 and No. 17147/11/0001/1112 in April, 2011  and those who have already submitted their bids, need not to apply again, if the same is still stands valid as per tender conditions.

The Tender Box will be opened at 2.30 PM on date mentioned against each of the above items in the presence of attending tenderers in the Conference Room, Old Building of Dr. R.M.L. Hospital, New Delhi. If it falls a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Bidders are advised to  see the Hospital’s website www.rmlh.nic.in till the last date of opening of tenders to see any amendments/corrigendum in respect of tender documents/specifications.
