In case of any grievance, you can contact Dr.V.Parsi, CMO, Grievance Officer,   at  room  No. 3  in  the  casuality block. You can also meet the Medical Superintendent / Additional  Medical Superintendent by appointment in this regard. In  addition,  you can also put any complaint/ suggestion in various boxes located in various prominent places in the hospital.

In  case  you  do not get a satisfactory response to your complaints/suggestion from the  hospital,  you  can  also  contact  Director  (Grievance),  Directorate  General of Health Services, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi 110 011.
